Classically elegant, this versatile 4. 8 L ceramic bowl has a handle and pour spout to comfortably transfer ingredients in large batches. There’s a specially designed polymer thread ring that fits between the ceramic bowl and the Stand Mixer clamping plate to ensure a proper fit: this must be removed before putting the bowl in the oven.
